Our founder, Michael O'Rourke, learned the art of pizza-making during his travels through Italy. Inspired by the traditional techniques and commitment to quality ingredients he observed there, he returned to Ireland determined to bring that authentic pizza experience to his home country.

The name "Apache" was chosen to represent the spirit of independence, quality, and authenticity that has defined our brand from day one. Over the years, we've maintained our commitment to these values while expanding our reach and evolving our menu to meet the tastes and preferences of our growing customer base.
